Who can apply?
Applicants must:
- Have completed 12 years of formal education (elementary, middle, and high school or equivalent) prior to undergraduate studies;
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution, equivalent to a 4-year Korean bachelor’s degree;
- Demonstrate a high level of English proficiency;
- Be in good physical and mental health, suitable for completing the degree programme.
Please note: Conditions such as pregnancy, tuberculosis, or any contagious diseases may disqualify applicants from the selection process.
For the Sustainable Development track, preference will be given to applicants with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture, forestry, environmental engineering, or related fields. Applicants from other disciplines will also be considered if their studies or experience strongly engage with sustainable development concepts and practices.

What the scholarship offers
- Tuition fees;
- Admission fee waiver;
- Monthly living allowance.
Important: Students must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.5). Failure to achieve this or receiving an “F” in any course will result in the student being required to pay 30% of the tuition fee for the following semester.
All other expenses not covered by the scholarship remain the responsibility of the student.
