MEXICO: Government of Mexico's Excellence Scholarships for Foreigners 2025


The Government of Mexico, through the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID), invites applications from foreign students for the 2025 Call for Excellence Scholarships. 

This initiative strengthens Mexico’s role as a globally responsible partner and reaffirms its commitment to fostering cooperation for the development of high-level human capital.

Eligibility criteria vary by programme type. All applicants must demonstrate a minimum GPA of 85/100 (or 8.5/10), with proof of acceptance/presentation letters issued within the last 60 days, and meet specific academic and language requirements.
